I'm abit of a sci-fi detective of the sort xD

Anyways. I would really faint if this happens.
I wouldn't mind any doctor. although I couldn't find a good enough photo to put in the sherlock photo itself. so it was complicated.
This was my first go at this type of photo manipulation.
